V. Himark (USA), Inc. Expands its Cactus® Specialty Tape Brand by Signing an Exclusive Distribution Deal with IPG®

Los Angeles, CA; Montreal, Quebec; Sarasota, FL; October 26, 2015V. Himark (USA), Inc., a leading manufacturer of the Cactus® brand specialty double-sided adhesive tapes and a wholly owned subsidiary of V. Himark Technology Ltd., announced today it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Intertape Polymer Group® Inc. (TSX:ITP) (IPG®), a leading manufacturer of industrial tapes and films.

The agreement specifies geographies within North America where IPG will have sole distributor rights as well as marketing rights to Cactus® branded industrial tape products for converting and distribution beginning November 2, 2015.
