Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is disturbance that affects an electrical circuit due to either electromagnetic induction or electromagnetic radiation emitted from an external source. The disturbance may interrupt, obstruct, or otherwise degrade or limit the effective performance of the circuit, causing a range of issues from simple degradation of data to a total loss of data.
Cactus® offers a wide range of electrically conductive tapes for EMI shielding applications. The tapes are made of conductive materials and are used as barriers to block the field. They are ideal for the adhesive backing of copper foil, metal base board and electrically conductive fabrics.
- Excellent thermal conductivity and shielding effectiveness
- High adhesion level for secure bonding
- Wide selections:
- Transfer tapes with conductive adhesives offer Z axis conductivity
- Tapes with conductive fibers and conductive adhesives offer XYZ axis conductivity
